Magione

Introduction

Magione is a mainly the town of commerce around the lake shores where you will find good groceries and excellent mosaic tables. Magione also boasts its own castle dating back to 1160. The abbey of the castle made a hospital for the Templar knights and crusaders who were on they way to or back from Holy Land. Later the Knights of Malta used it and the castle took the name of Castle of the Knights of Malta. Visits are allowed in the summertime.
There is a train calling at Magione.

- Termination

BY DIVINO may interrupt or cancel the Portal or any of its services which it offers its users, at any time and without any prior notice. In all cases, the company may interrupt the service to any user that undertakes any non-ethical, offensive, illegal or incorrect use of the contents or services of BY DIVINO and/or contrary to the interests of this Company.

- Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
